In my classroom, I have tables instead of desks. While it is great for groups and a flexible classroom layout, I miss the storage in the sides of desks. I wanted something flexible as well as practical. I also wanted the inevitable mess to be hidden a bit. I came up with standard baker’s racks that you can get a Costco/Target/Walmart and washing bins you can get at Ikea.
