Decimal Of The Day Worksheets Google Or Printable

These 30 decimal (tenths to thousandths) sheets can be used to reinforce, review, and challenge decimal knowledge. The collection progresses from basic tenths to challenging thousandths. Each sheet reviews the following:

* adding and subtracting decimals

* saying decimals

* converting decimals to fractions

* expanding decimals

* multiplying and dividing decimals by 10s, 100s, or 1000s

* rounding decimals

* placing them on a number line

* ordering them

Each page also has a “think about it” challenge, like “What are some multiples of this decimal?” or “Estimate .4 x .3609. .4 is close to .5 and 3.609 is close to 3.5.”

How can I use this product?

As a whole class activity, by displaying the PDF file in front of the class, or printing and copy a set for each student to have them work through the sheets on their own or in a small group setting. I have placed them in sheet protectors and had students write on them using dry erase markers/washable markers. Students can now interact with them through Google slides.
